About Mindful Touch
A space for women to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in their bodies & minds again.
Hi, I’m Marie.
Mindful Touch was created from a deep knowing — that we’re not meant to live in constant rush, tension, and disconnection from our bodies.
Like many women, I experienced periods of feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and out of rhythm with myself. It was through slowing down, reconnecting with my body, and discovering practices like yoga and Ayurveda that things began to shift.
Not all at once. But gently, steadily.
What started as personal healing became a way of living — and eventually, something I felt called to share with others.
My approach is simple, but deeply intentional.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Instead, I work with your body & mind — supporting your nervous system, your natural rhythms, and your unique constitution.
Whether through touch, movement, or lifestyle guidance, everything I offer is designed to help you feel more grounded, more nourished, and more at ease within yourself.
What guides my work
• Slowing down instead of pushing through
• Listening to the body’s signals
• Creating gentle, sustainable rituals
• Honouring cycles — daily, seasonal, and hormonal
• Supporting the nervous system as a foundation for wellbeing
Training & background
My work is informed by training in yoga (a senior yoga teacher with Yoga Australia), massage therapy (Ayurvedic & remedial ), and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices (Ayurvedic lifestyle consultunt).
But beyond qualifications, it’s shaped by lived experience, ongoing learning, and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
This is a space where you are met as a whole person — not just a set of symptoms.
You don’t have to do it all alone.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to take better care of yourself — you’re welcome here.
Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me in nature, moving slowly, enjoying warm meals, and staying connected to the simple rituals that keep me grounded.
It’s these small, consistent practices that truly change how we feel.
