Join me for a gently stretchy and meditative yin yoga session with guided meditation and a whole body & mind relaxation. Yin yoga positions follow the subtle anatomy of traditional Chinese medicine and work on the meridians. We’ll move through a sequance focused on the kindney meridian as it is the dominant organ for the time of winter. Don’t forget to book your session now!

Yin Yoga Workshop & Guided Meditation
Yin yoga is slow, stretchy and meditative. Positions are held for longer which allows us to relax into them while maintaining body and breath awareness. We deepen our awareness and ability to stay present while physically we target the connective tissue in the body.
Yin yoga is naturally meditative practise. We will deepen our meditation experience with guided ‘Inner Stillness” meditation & full body guided relaxation.
